Zik Asiegbu was born on June 7th, 1992, in Los Angeles, California, to his mother Julie. He spent his childhood in both Dallas and Austin. Zik attended James Bowie High School where he began playing football.
He helped to lead his school’s football team to a 10-12 record on their way to the Reginal Finals. During the 2009 season, he moved from safety to linebacker. Zik was credited with 103 tackles as a senior.
He didn’t play much in his first year on the team. In the second year, he played in 12 games and recorded 9 tackles. The next year, Zik was involved in a car accident, and from there, his athletic career ended.
