Early Life
Scheana Marie Jancan was born on May 7th, 1985, in West Covina, LA County, California. She was raised by her father Ron van Olphen and her mother Erika van Olphen alongside her sister Cortney van Olphen.
Scheana is of Croatian, Irish, German, Polish, and Rusyn descent from her mother’s side and has Mexican roots on her father’s side. Growing up, she attended Bishop Amat Memorial High School, graduating with the class of 2002.
After that, Scheana went on to obtain her bachelor’s degree in broadcast journalism from Azusa Pacific University. She completed her degree in 2006. During her college days, she also worked at Hooters. Scheana got a chance to appear as Amanda in the 2006 short film “Jaded”. From that point on she started making guest appearances on different TV shows including Jenny in “Greek” (2007), Maria in “Jonas” (2009), and “The Hills” (2009).
