Simone Ashwini Pillai, known professionally as Simone Ashley was born on March 30th, 1995, to an Indian Tamil family. She was raised in Camberley, Surrey, England. She is the daughter of Latha and Gunasekharan Pillai. The British actress has an older brother named Sean.
Simone found a love for entertainment at home and grew up singing classical music as well as playing piano. After moving to Beaconsfield in South England, she attended Redroofs theatre school in Maidenhead.
