Martha Kelly was born on February 24th, 1968, in Torrance, California, United States. She is of Caucasian, English, and Irish descent. Martha prefers to keep her early life private and has not shared any details about her family and parents.
She developed an interest in the field of acting while studying in high school. However, she changed her mind about becoming an actress and decided to become a stand-up comedian when she started college.
