Sterling Leroy Pennix Jr. was born in Newark, New Jersey on October 28, 1989. When he was a kid his father had to go on the run from the police and ended up moving to Atlanta. Pennix grew up with six siblings and says it was a strict household.
While studying in high school he began listening to artists like Young Thug, Future, and The Migos. At first, he didn’t plan on getting into the rap industry. Pennix was already bringing in racks from hustling in the street. One day the police allegedly robbed him, and that’s when he decided to take music more seriously.

In 2014 Pablo began his rap career by releasing his first track “Go Get Money”. In the following year, he dropped his debut mixtape “Designer Drugz”. The tape contains a hit single “African Diamond” featuring hip-hop artist Peewee Longway.
