Douglas Kieshawn Sheref was born on September 7th, 1996, in the Bronx, New York City. He came from a difficult beginning. The rapper spent a lot of time at the east 187th street known as the SEB side. While growing up he began listening to artists like Cheif Keef and Kodak Black.
Dougie attended the Elementary school in the nearby neighborhood of Yonkers. As a teenager, he began affiliating himself with local crews. At the age of 15, suddenly his father passed away in front of him. After this tragedy, his friend Kay Flock helped him to start his music career.
